A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results; our own servers do not retain a copy of that query. If you email us, we can see the details in your message and use them to respond.
Information Collected by the Host
Our hosting service records routine technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time stamps. We review those records in aggregate to maintain the site and understand which pages receive use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
These limited details help operate the site, fix faults, measure traffic, and improve its pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual user profiles from them.

Links may take you to the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk, Los Angeles County Assessor, Los Angeles Superior Court, Paramount City Hall, Paramount Library, or a third-party search tool. Each outside service sets its own privacy rules. Sponsored results are supplied by a separate provider, whose policy governs any information submitted there.

Vendors that host or support the site may process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the technical data described above. We disclose information when valid legal process requires it, and otherwise do not provide it to another party.
Security and Retention
The site uses an encrypted connection, and logs are kept only for as long as the purposes above call for them. Because there are no accounts, this site has no password or user profile of yours to expose.
People Under 18
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Those rules do not erase deeds, court files, voter records, assessment rolls, or other government records held by the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk, Los Angeles County Assessor, Los Angeles Superior Court, Paramount City Hall, or Paramount Library. Because this site keeps very little, a request about our own mailbox or logs can usually be handled quickly through the Contact page; requests for an official record belong with its custodian.
